Every FitFusion group training class offers clients a dynamic and challenging workout by combining the most effective functional body movements and exercises, influenced by a broad range of fitness and conditioning training methods. Our experienced Trainers plan each and every class so not one session is the same, ensuring our clients stay focussed and motivated, and most importantly, experience results.
Please note that we place huge importance on technique and despite the group training format of our classes all exercises can be modified to suit individual fitness levels and accommodate injuries.

FitFusion GROUP TRAINING CLASS OPTIONS:
BodyFUSE (Full-body cardio-based functional training)
Our BodyFUSE class is based on functional training techniques and movements. Classes are designed to increase fitness levels, build strength, tone up and lose weight. Be prepared to work outside of your comfort zone by pushing yourself both physically and mentally for the full duration of the class. Duration: 45 minutes
MetaFUSE (Metabolic weight-based conditioning circuits)
MetaFUSE is a high intensity workout that aims to burn calories as it increases muscle tone. Classes are designed around a combination of simple weighted exercises that are completed at a fast pace over a series of short intervals. This style of metabolic training is designed to make you work hard and sweat. Duration: 45 minutes
FUSECombo
A class that combines all the benefits of BodyFUSE and MetaFUSE in a 45 minute challenging workout. Duration: 45 minutes
PACE*
Held outdoors, this running-focused class challenges the body differently than just getting in a few kilometers. Structured intervals combined with bodyweight exercises will help you reach your goals faster. Duration: 45 minutes
